- **Do you charge a call-out fee?** — Not on weekdays inside our service area. Nights and weekends have a flat $120 emergency call-out.
- **Are your prices fixed?** — Yes. We give a fixed price before we start, and you only pay more if you ask for more.
- **How can I pay?** — Card, bank transfer or Apple/Google Pay on the day. Bigger jobs can be paid in stages.
