What should I do in a leak?
Turn off the stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink), switch off electrics near the water, and call us.
Do I need to be home?
Someone over 18 needs to let us in. We text a 30-minute arrival window on the day.
Will you protect my floors?
Always: dust sheets, shoe covers, and we take our rubbish with us.
