Do you charge a call-out fee?
Not on weekdays inside our service area. Nights and weekends have a flat $120 emergency call-out.
How fast can you get here?
For emergencies usually within 2 hours. Other jobs are booked in within 2 working days.
Are your prices fixed?
Yes. We give a fixed price before we start, and you only pay more if you ask for more.
Are you Gas Safe registered?
Every engineer is Gas Safe registered and carries their ID card. We're insured up to $5 million.
Do you guarantee your work?
Labour is guaranteed for 12 months, parts for the manufacturer's warranty (often 2 to 10 years).
How can I pay?
Card, bank transfer or Apple/Google Pay on the day. Bigger jobs can be paid in stages.
